Darren, an industry leader for 26 years in the commercial real estate sector, has been providing expertise through our sister company, Real Strategy Advisors in the areas of brokerage and workplace strategy. He is proud to have stepped into his father’s shoes to effectively run the family’s property management business and carry out Chris’ vision. Having worked with some of Ottawa’s most active commercial design builders and major commercial real estate brokerages, Darren will uphold the focus of providing clients with exceptional services through a full-time property management firm.

Lee Wagner, CPA, CMA, leads the finance and asset management function at D. Fleming Developments. He supports owners with clear monthly reporting, annual budgets, and practical action plans that protect cash flow and grow value - from tenant collections and CAM reconciliations to lender coordination and tax planning. Lee is ARGUS Enterprise Certified and regularly builds valuation and scenario models to help owners make confident decisions. Prior to commercial real estate, Lee held senior operations leadership roles in hospitality and media. His approach blends disciplined financial oversight with a hands‑on, service‑first operating mindset.
